What you need to do.

You need to tell us within 7 days of receiving the items if it is damaged or defective.  When you let us know this we will send you a replacement item if it is in stock at that time, if it is not you, will receive a full refund from us (please see below for the timescale of refunds).  

If you receive a damaged or defective product and do not wish a replacement, let us know at the time of reporting the damage and we will issue a refund instead of sending another item to replace the damaged one for order from 5g above.

Please retain any damaged items as we may request that you send it back to us using a prepaid envelope.
